Participants are required to remote control the concrete model dragon boat during speed racing. A full-scale concrete dragon boat exhibition is also planned. The boat body should be 80cm~100cm in length, and the main material should be cement mortar with steel or composite fiber reinforcement. Implementation of advanced technologies, such as 3D printing, is highly encouraged. Each participating team should design and manufacture its own boat in advance according to specifications (see detailed rules), and send the boat to the site for testing and competition. The final score will be judged based on fabrication and technical report (25%); sample testing (15%), artistic expression (10%); racing and maneuver competition (50%)，dragon boat CFD simulation analysis（extra up to 6%）.
